The Member Care Centre, facilitates prompt feedback to customers' inquiries on mortgage, savings and money transfer. Information is readily available on the full range of products and services offered by the Society.

Most mortgage inquiries are readily answered using a system developed internally that allows the Member Care Centre agent to accurately calculate a customer's total monthly payments, total principal and interest repayment, qualifying monthly salary and closing costs.

The Member Care Centre is interactive, as customers can have one-to-one dialogue with an agent.

The Member Care Centre is operated from Monday - Saturdays 6 a.m. - 8 p.m. EST. Customers are also able to use the Voice Mail facility outside of business hours.
